Cancellation Charges (for individual bookings)<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • If cancelled 20 days prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed<\/li>
  • If cancelled within 15 to 19 days then the money would be kept in credit which can be utilized for future bookings<\/li>
  • If cancelled with in 14 days then 1 night retention would be applicable and balance amount in credit<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • If cancelled with in 7 days then full retention would be applicable<\/li>
    • The mentioned amount can be adjusted against future booking as per the applicable tariff for the amended date<\/li>
    • Credit\/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra<\/li>
    • For Groups \/ for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December & Long weekends)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • 25% if cancelled forty five days in advance.<\/li>
      • 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.<\/li>
      • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.<\/li>
      • 100% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.<\/li>
      • Credit\/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.<\/li>
      • Confirmation\/cancellation policy for weddings and large celebrations<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t

        • 25% of the total billing has to be made at the time of the confirmation of the booking.<\/li>
        • 25% of the total billing has to be made 90 days prior to event.<\/li>
        • 25% of the total billing has to be made 60 days prior to event.<\/li>
        • 25% of the total billing has to be made 30 days prior to event.<\/li>
        • If not complied to the above, the booking can be cancelled.<\/li>
        • Full clearance of bill at the check-out.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          In case of any cancellation:<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled anytime between 3 months and 1 month prior to the date.<\/li>
          • 100% retention to be charged if cancelled 1 month prior to the date of event.<\/li>
          • In case of any cancellation the GST of 18% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 5th of the next month.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
