About The SMD Technologies
‘SMD Technologies’, a statutory entity for Skill Training and Education with all due diligence and compliances and the funded Training Partner of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), was established in the year 2001. Continuous effort of the work force of ‘SMD’ has given it a steady growth in the field of outcome based Skill Development training and the organization expanded its wings of operation in several States in India. Besides operating government ITIs (Industrial training Institute) on PPP (Private Public Partnership) model in West Bengal, SMD Technologies is partnered by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Department of Persons with Disabilities (DePwD) – Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, National Safai Karamchary Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC), Mahatma Gandhi University, Bihar-Jail and the Skill Development Wing / Urban Development Department of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.
